Baabda:President Joseph Aoun met with Kuwait's Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammad Sultan Al-Sharji, at Baabda Palace to discuss Lebanese-Kuwaiti relations and explore ways to strengthen them across various sectors.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, the talks included discussions on the current situation in Lebanon and the broader region, considering recent developments.
President Aoun expressed gratitude to Kuwait, its Emir, government, and people for their continued support to Lebanon. He also conveyed his wishes for further prosperity, progress, and stability for Kuwait and its citizens.
