Beirut: Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, congratulated the newly formed Lebanese government, wishing its head, Dr. Nawaf Salam, and its members success. He extended his greetings and expressed hope for effective cooperation in addressing the country's challenges.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Mikati acknowledged the efforts of President Joseph Aoun in forming the first government lineup of his term. He highlighted the need for cooperation to tackle various outstanding issues, particularly the resolution of the Israeli occupation in the south and the complete implementation of Resolution 1701. Mikati also expressed his desire for the new cabinet to continue the rescue efforts initiated by his government over the past three years.
