Beirut: Minister of Justice, Adel Nassar, on Monday received U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, Lisa Johnson, at his office in the ministry. Discussions between the pair reported focused on the independence of the Lebanese judiciary and bilateral relations between the two countries.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting highlighted the importance of maintaining an independent judicial system in Lebanon, which is crucial for upholding the rule of law and ensuring fair legal processes.
