Death Toll and Injuries Surge in Gaza Strip Amid Ongoing Conflict

Gaza: The death toll from the ongoing conflict involving the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip has reached 52,535, with injuries totaling 118,491 since the aggression began on October 7, 2023.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, medical sources reported to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) that this figure includes 2,436 deaths and 6,450 injuries recorded since March 18, when hostilities resumed following a ceasefire agreement.

In the last 24 hours alone, hospitals in the Gaza Strip have received 40 more casualties. Many victims remain trapped under rubble and debris, with access for ambulances and civil defense teams severely restricted.
