Tripoli: The Ministry of Interior released on Sunday voter turnout percentages in the North and Akkar governorates as of the latest count:
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the voter turnout in various areas showed significant variation. Akkar recorded a turnout of 11.70%, while Tripoli had the lowest at 3.49%. In Zgharta, the turnout was 9.28%, and in Bsharri, it reached 7.96%. Minieh-Dinnieh saw a turnout of 10.34%, and Koura recorded 9.86%. Notably, Batroun had the highest turnout at 13.23%.
These figures indicate varying levels of voter engagement across the regions, with Batroun leading in participation and Tripoli trailing. The data provides insight into the political engagement within these governorates.
