Khartoum: President of the By Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory cable to His Highness Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.
