Death Toll in Gaza Strip Rises to 56,259 Amid Ongoing Aggression

Gaza Strip: Medical sources announced that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 56,259, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation's aggression on October 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA).

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the number of injuries has increased to 132,458 since the beginning of the aggression, with many victims still trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulances and civil defense crews.

The agency further reported that 103 martyrs and 219 injured individuals were admitted to Gaza Strip hospitals over the past 24 hours. Since March 18, when the occupation violated the ceasefire agreement, the death toll has reached 5,936 martyrs with 20,417 injuries recorded.
