Beirut:Prime Minister Nawaf Salam chaired a meeting focused on environmental and waste management issues. The meeting was attended by Environment Minister Tamara El Zein, Head of the Council for Development and Reconstruction Mohammad Ali Kabbani, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Judge Mahmoud Makkieh, and Board Chairman of the National Solid Waste Management Authority Marwan Rizkallah.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, in a separate engagement, Prime Minister Nawaf Salam received a delegation from the International Union of Socialist Youth and the Progressive Youth Organization. The meeting was also attended by Democratic Gathering MP Wael Abou Faour.
Discussions during this meeting centered on issues related to Lebanese youth and developments occurring in Lebanon and the surrounding region.
