Beirut: The Lebanese Parliament's General Assembly on Monday approved the draft law included in Decree No. 317, which grants authorization to ratify a loan agreement between the Republic of Lebanon and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to implement the Renewable Energy and Power Sector Support Project.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the agreement is intended to bolster Lebanon's renewable energy capabilities and provide support to the power sector. The approval marks a significant step towards enhancing the country's energy infrastructure through international financial support.
