Beirut: Lebanon's National Defense Minister, Major General Michel Menassa, on Monday departed Beirut's Rafic Hariri International Airport, at the head of a military delegation, heading to Turkey, in response to an official invitation from his Turkish counterpart Yasar Guler.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, this visit is taking place at a critical time due to the rapid security dynamics unfolding in the region.
