Beirut: The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed today the Kingdom's sincere condolences to the sisterly Lebanese Republic over the death and injury of several Lebanese Army personnel while performing their duties in southern Lebanon.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Kingdom offered its "condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims," and expressed its "solidarity with the Lebanese government and people," praising "the efforts made by the army to extend the sovereignty of the Lebanese government over all of the country's territory, ensuring its security and stability and contributing to the prosperity of Lebanon and its brotherly people."
