Baabda: Five ministers, namely Mohammad Haidar, Rakan Nasreddine, Yassine Jaber, Tamara Zein, and Fadi Makki, withdrew from the ongoing Cabinet session held at Baabda Palace.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the withdrawal occurred after Army Commander General Rodolphe Haykal joined the meeting to present the Lebanese Army's plan for implementing state control over weapons. This development adds another layer of complexity to the session, which is being closely monitored by various stakeholders.
