PM Nawaf Salam Engages in Talks on Political and Developmental Issues with MP Faisal Karami and Delegations

Beirut: Prime Minister, Dr. Nawaf Salam, on Tuesday, engaged in discussions with MP Faisal Karami at the Grand Serail, accompanied by Othman Majzoub and Alaa Jleilati.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, MP Faisal Karami highlighted that the meeting with Prime Minister Salam revolved around various political developments. Karami expressed his support for Premier Salam and the measures implemented by his government across several sectors. The discussions also addressed developmental concerns and specific demands pertaining to Tripoli and North Lebanon.

In a separate meeting, Premier Salam welcomed a delegation from the Mina City Municipal Council, led by Abdullah Kabbara. The council presented issues and demands specific to Mina City, focusing on developmental and service-related matters, including the rehabilitation of the city's seafront.

Further, Prime Minister Salam held talks with an economic delegation headed by Khaled Zidan. The meeting concentrated on the overall economic situation and explored strategies to facilitate the country's economic recovery.

Additionally, Salam met with Denis Fadda, the international president of the French Renaissance, and his delegation to discuss Lebanese-French relations and potential developments in various fields. The series of meetings concluded with Salam receiving the Lebanese Ambassador-designate to Sweden, Osama Khashab.
