Beirut: Minister of Culture, Dr. Ghassan Salameh, on Monday met in his office at the Sanayeh National Library with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director General of the Rashid Karami International Fair, Dr. Hani Shaarani. The meeting focused on the current status of the fair, its prospects, and the mechanisms for its development, through the development of a comprehensive strategic vision aimed at making it a key venue for the city of Tripoli and the North Governorate in general.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Dr. Shaarani expressed his desire to see cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and the Fair intensify in order to organize several events of mutual interest. For his part, the Minister of Culture expressed his readiness to support the Fair's new Board of Directors in achieving its ambitions through the planned strategy aimed at strengthening its role at various levels.
