Manama: Lebanese Army Commander General Rudolph Haykal took part in the Manama Dialogue 2025 in Bahrain, organized by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) in cooperation with Bahrain's Foreign Ministry. The high-level security forum gathered global officials and defense leaders to discuss international cooperation, conflict resolution, and sustainable peace.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, on the sidelines, Gen. Haykal met with senior military and diplomatic figures from Germany, Saudi Arabia, the U.S., the U.K., France, Jordan, Kuwait, NATO, the EU, Italy, and Cyprus.
Talks focused on enhancing the Lebanese Army's capabilities, ensuring Israel's adherence to the ceasefire, and upholding Lebanon's sovereignty and stability.
