Manama: Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, led the 287th meeting of the Ministerial Committee for Development and Infrastructure Projects.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during the meeting, the committee assessed the progress of infrastructure project licensing systems and related procedures. The discussions also covered the latest updates on the execution of strategic road sector projects, ensuring they align with the approved schedules. Furthermore, there was a focus on the project to update the traffic flow improvement strategy, which aims to enhance the road network's efficiency and improve traffic movement.
The committee also examined proposals to bolster maintenance procedures for road markings and guidance on signage on streets and main roads.
