Manama: Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi, Minister of Tourism and Chairperson of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), honored several hotels for their contribution to the success of the "Bahrain Festivities" season. She stated that collaboration with the hotel sector facilitated flexible accommodation offers and tourism packages aligned with accompanying events, reinforcing Bahrain's position as an integrated tourism destination.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Al Sairafi emphasized that the hotel sector is a key partner in advancing tourism in the Kingdom and a central contributor to the season's success. She commended the participating hotels for their initiatives and high-quality services, which enhanced the visitor experience, strengthened tourism readiness, and supported increased hotel occupancy.
She highlighted that effective public-private partnerships play a role in diversifying tourism offerings, enriching tourism seasons, and sustaining year-round tourism activity. She expressed appreciation for the participating hotels and underlined the importance of further developing strategic partnerships to enhance Bahrain's regional and international standing in tourism.
