Aintoura: Maronite Patriarch, Bechara Boutros al-Rahi, on Friday visited the Philokalia Monastery in Aintoura on the Feast of the Annunciation, where he took part in a spiritual gathering of prayers, hymns and dialogue. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Al-Rahi launched an appeal titled "Let Us Live the Message of Hope and Peace," urging faith, resilience and trust in difficult times. He emphasized the importance of these values in navigating the challenges faced by individuals and communities. During his visit, Al-Rahi also highlighted the significant role of women in both society and the Church. He recognized their contributions and encouraged greater inclusion and participation of women in various spheres. In addition, a solidarity initiative was announced to support Christian families in southern Lebanon. This initiative aims to provide assistance and promote unity within the community, reflecting the core message of hope and peace that Al-Rahi advocated during his visit.
