Beirut: Finance Minister Yassine Jaber met with Lebanon's Central Bank Governor Karim Souaid on Friday at the ministry office. The meeting included the Director General of Finance Georges Maaraoui and BDL's Deputy Governor Makram Bou Nassar. They discussed the current financial and monetary situation.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting also focused on the latest developments in reform measures being coordinated with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The discussions included related draft laws and steps being taken by the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank to maintain financial and monetary stability.
