The young man, Dargham Muhammad Yahya Al-Akhras (19 years old), was martyred this Wednesday morning, succumbing to his critical head wounds, after being shot by Israeli occupation forces in the Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho .
The occupation forces, "special forces", stormed Aqabat Jabr camp to carry out arrests, where confrontations broke out with citizens, which led to at least one being injured by live bullets and cases of suffocation .
The Red Crescent reported that a young man who was shot with live bullets in the head was transferred to Jericho Hospital during the occupation forces’ storming of the camp, where his injury was described as serious, and the medical staff later announced his death as a result of his very serious injury .
Thus, the death toll in Jericho and Al-Aghwar Governorate since the beginning of the current year rises to 13 martyrs.
Meanwhile, the occupation forces sent additional reinforcements to the camp, which carried out a massive campaign of raids and incursions into dozens of homes, searching them and tampering with their contents, and subjecting their residents to field investigations .
During their storming of the camp, the occupation forces arrested: Yassin Marwan Hamdan and his uncle, Muhammad Hamdan, from their homes in the camp.
