Beirut: The Middle East Airlines (MEA) announced the cancellation of Air Canada flights due to the Air Canada strike, which began on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Air Canada has canceled all flights to and from Europe for Saturday, August 16, 2025. Middle East Airlines - Air Liban also announced that it will not be able to accept boarding for any passengers on its flights from Beirut who are continuing their travel with Air Canada on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
