Beirut:Arab League Secretary-General Nabil Fahmy affirmed that Lebanon remains a priority for both the Arab League and himself personally, pledging full political, economic, and social support for the Lebanese state and its institutions.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Fahmy made this statement after meeting with President Joseph Aoun. He also announced his intention to visit South Lebanon amid repeated Israeli attacks targeting civilians and Lebanese interests.
He emphasized his commitment to directing the Arab League's efforts toward supporting Lebanon and strengthening its state institutions. Fahmy further announced plans to intensify political and diplomatic efforts concerning Lebanon, highlighting that Arab countries fully support Lebanon's negotiations with Israel.
