Army Chief Discusses General Situation with UN’s Plasschaert, Canadian Ambassador

Beirut: Lebanon's Army Commander, General Rodolphe Haykal, on Wednesday received the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, at his office in Yarzeh. Maj. Gen. Haykal also welcomed Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Gregory Galligan, who was accompanied by the Canadian Military Attach©, Lieutenant Colonel Jawad Al Khairy.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the discussions reportedly centered on the general situation in Lebanon and the broader region.
