YARZEH: Lebanese Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, on Thursday met with French Brigadier General Guillaume Ponchin, a member of the Five-Party Monitoring Committee, at his office in Yarzeh. The meeting was also attended by French Ambassador Hervé Magro and focused on the general situation and mechanisms for coordination among the concerned parties in southern Lebanon. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the discussions emphasized the importance of collaboration and coordination to maintain stability in the region. The Five-Party Monitoring Committee plays a crucial role in overseeing peacekeeping efforts and ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders involved in the region's security.
