Manama: The Bahrain Bowling Federation (BBF) has concluded the 2025 National Day Tournament, held over two weeks with broad participation from elite bowlers from Bahrain, GCC countries and international entrants, contributing to a high technical standard of competition.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the tournament featured strong performances throughout, reflecting the continued development of bowling in Bahrain and the region, with GCC participation adding to the competitiveness of the tournament.
In the final standings, Yousif Fallah claimed first place, followed by Khalid Sameer in second place and Ali Almass in third. Kuwaiti player Waleed Al Azmi finished fourth, delivering a competitive performance that highlighted the quality of international participation.
The tournament's conclusion reflected its organisational and technical success, supported by effective management and a competitive environment befitting the national occasion and the Bahrain Bowling Federation's reputation for organising quality events.
The closing ceremony included the presentation of awards by Bahrain Bowling Federation Vice President Ahmed Al Benzayed, alongside Secretary-General Isa Taqi and Treasurer Abdulrahman Al Rashdan, in the presence of Board members and a number of sports and media figures.
Saleh Al Bufalah, President of Bahrain Bowling Federation, expressed pride in the tournament's success, noting that it was the result of coordinated efforts by the Board, organising committees and supporting entities.
