Berri Criticizes Israeli Breaches of Ceasefire Agreement.

Berri: House Speaker, Nabih Berri, has issued a statement refuting claims that Israeli actions following the ceasefire align with the agreement's terms. He condemned Israeli aggression, particularly the demolition of homes in Lebanese border villages, air raids on Lebanese territories, and recent strikes in Hosh Al-Sayyed Ali (Hermel) and Jdeidet Marjeyoun, which have resulted in casualties. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Berri emphasized that these actions represent clear violations of the ceasefire agreement, effective since 4:00 am on November 27, 2024, to which Lebanon is fully committed. He questioned the silence of the technical committee responsible for monitoring the agreement, highlighting over 54 Israeli violations while Lebanon and its resistance remain committed to their pledges. Berri called on the monitoring committee to urgently enforce Israeli compliance, halt the violations, and prioritize ensuring a withdrawal from occupied Lebanese territories.
