Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri on Thursday received the Swiss Ambassador to Lebanon, Marion Weichelt Krupski, at the second presidency headquarters in Ain El Tineh. The meeting included a delegation from the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue - Switzerland.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, discussions addressed the latest developments and the work program and objectives of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue. The focus was on ongoing efforts and future initiatives related to humanitarian dialogue in the region.
In a separate meeting, Speaker Berri also conferred with former Deputy Speaker Elie Ferzli. Their discussions centered around the current general situation and recent political developments. The dialogue aimed to assess the evolving political landscape and explore potential responses to emerging challenges.
