Cabinet’s IDSC launches New Website with Innovative Options to Cater for User Aspirations

The Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) launched on Sunday 6/8/2023 a new version of its website to provide a full-fledged, eye-catching news and research coverage in Arabic and English.

Osama Elgohary, Assistant Prime Minister and IDSC Chairman, stated that the new website version comes within the IDSC commitment to provide top-notch information and research services. The new website will enable users in general and researchers in particular to easily reach various research papers and over 4500 publications that cover economic, social, administrative, technological and other fields.

The new version features new sorting and filtering tools to optimize performance, allow users to skim website smoothly, and increase the time spent on site, which currently reaches 30 minutes per visit, said Elgohary.

The new website search engine was further adjusted to deliver more accurate results, drive more traffic and boost visibility, Elgohary stated, adding that the website has got nearly seven million page views January 2022 to date.

Each user can create a new customized account to save time and effort upon visiting the site, and thus the website will receive more views. Last year, the IDSC website received approximately two million visits or 1.5 million visitors.
