Casa Árabe Hosts Book Launch Highlighting UAE President’s Humanitarian Efforts

MADRID: Casa Árabe in Madrid recently hosted a launch and signing ceremony for the book "His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan: Insights into the Journey of the Man of Humanity," authored by Dr. Jamal Sanad Al-Suwaidi. The book, which has been translated into multiple languages including Spanish, explores the significant milestones and contributions of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. According to Emirates News Agency, the event was held at Casa Árabe's main theatre in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre (ALC) and the Office of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Emirates Centre for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR). It drew a distinguished audience of Spanish and Arab political, cultural, and media figures, as well as intellectuals, researchers, and diplomats. Dr. Jamal Al Suwaidi explained that his book focuses on Sheikh Mohamed's initiatives that have led to a comprehensive renaissance in the UAE. It highlights the President's effo rts in empowering women, developing education, and diversifying the economy, as well as promoting values of tolerance, positioning the UAE as a global model for humanitarian work. Dr. Ali bin Tamim, Chairman of the ALC, emphasized that the book serves as an introduction for future generations to the achievements and principles of Sheikh Mohamed, particularly in fostering tolerance, peace, and happiness for humanity's welfare. Irene Lozano Domingo, former Minister of State and current Director of Casa Árabe, remarked on the significance of the book as a document of Sheikh Mohamed's biography and journey, especially in peace-making and establishing foundations for peaceful coexistence.
