Clash Occurs as Joan Hobeish Prevented from Entering Ghadir Polling Station

Ghadir: A dispute erupted today when Joan Hobeish, the current Mayor of Jounieh, was stopped from entering the Ghadir polling station. Security forces intercepted Hobeish, citing that his registration number is listed in Sahel Alma.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, despite the initial denial, Hobeish refused to leave the premises and persisted in his attempt to enter the polling center. He reached out to Keserwan Mayor Strida Nabhan, who subsequently contacted Mount Lebanon Governor Mohammad Makkawi. Following these communications, Hobeish was granted permission to enter the polling station.
