New Delhi:Professor Marike Patrani Paulsson, Secretary General of the Council for International Dispute Resolution, recently held a meeting with Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Honourable Minister of State, Ministry of Law and Justice of the Republic of India, as part of her visit to the country.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on several mutual priorities, including the promotion of cross-border investment, the enhancement of legal and judicial cooperation, and the development of modern frameworks for resolving international commercial disputes.
Additionally, both parties explored opportunities to reinforce institutional connections and facilitate interactions between their respective legal communities. This cooperation is intended to support justice and international dispute resolution, benefiting businesses and investors in both nations.
