Dubai: The Dubai Judicial Institute introduced two groundbreaking platforms, the "Dubai Judicial Training Platform" and the "Virtual Crime Scene," at GITEX Global 2024, held within the "Digital Dubai" pavilion. These platforms are designed to enhance the training capabilities for legal professionals and members of the Public Prosecution in Dubai. According to Emirates News Agency, the "Dubai Judicial Training Platform" serves as a comprehensive gateway for accessing the institute's varied training programs. It allows trainees to manage self-learning content effectively, offering specialized training pathways and direct learning options that promise an interactive and thorough training experience. The platform also supports the management of personal profiles for trainers and trainees, generates detailed reports and statistics, and enables the review of user experiences and evaluations. In a parallel launch, the "Virtual Crime Scene in the Metaverse" platform introduces a novel approach to training in crime scene analysis and evidence handling. This platform provides a secure, interactive virtual environment that accurately replicates real-world investigation sites. Trainees can engage in realistic simulations that include site visits, inspections, and evidence collection, enhancing their practical skills in crime analysis. Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi, Director-General of Dubai Judicial Institute, emphasized the institute's commitment to the vision of Dubai's leadership, which focuses on digital transformation and achieving high developmental levels to shape the future. "Our new and innovative platforms affirm our dedication to keeping pace with the latest global trends in judicial training and technological advancement," said Judge Al Badwawi.
