Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala El Said announced on Monday that Egypt is committed to achieving the sustainable development goals. During her participation in session (Local 2030 Coalition) on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meetings, the minister said Egypt will establish the center of achieving the sustainable development goals in Cairo. She pointed out to presidential initiative Decent Life to improve living conditions in rural areas where 17 percent of Egypt's population in 1500 villages benefitted from the initiative.
