The European Union Monday condemned the suicide bombing that targeted a political rally in Pakistan on Sunday, killing at least 45 people.
"The EU expresses its condolences to the families and friends of the victims of the terrible attack in Bajaur district in Pakistan," said Nabila Massrali, EU spokesperson for foreign affairs and security policy, on her twitter account.
"We condemn this horrible act of violence and attempt to weaken democracy and instill terror," she added.
