Amman: France Wednesday condemned Israel for targeting a school sheeting displaced Palestinians in Gaza, denouncing the attack as "unacceptable." According to AFP, the French Foreign Ministry said, "It is unacceptable that schools, especially those housing civilians displaced by the fighting, should be targeted." "Yesterday's strike against the al-Awda school, which left several dead, is the third such strike targeting a school harbouring displaced persons since last Saturday. We call for a full investigation into these strikes," the Ministry stated. Source: Jordan News Agency
