Beirut: Lebanese Forces Party leader, Samir Geagea, on Wednesday met in Maarab with Economic and Social Council President Charles Arbid, in the presence of MPs Razi El Hage and George Okais.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, the meeting focused on addressing the economic, social, and environmental challenges facing Lebanon. Arbid noted Geagea's comprehensive understanding of these issues and highlighted the importance of maintaining ongoing dialogue, particularly as the Lebanese Forces Party remains closely aligned with the public's concerns.
Arbid expressed optimism that a calm political atmosphere will enable Lebanon to capitalize on the upcoming summer season. He underscored the necessity of rebuilding trust and rejuvenating economic productivity, while also promoting collaboration with international organizations and Arab partners.
