Beirut: Lebanese Forces Party leader Samir Geagea took to his "X" account to express his sorrow over the passing of renowned artist Ziad Rahbani. Geagea stated that Lebanon has lost an exceptional artist with Rahbani's departure. He emphasized the wish that Rahbani could have dedicated all his energy to art in Lebanon.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Geagea extended his deepest condolences to Rahbani's immediate family, the Rahbani family, the artistic community in Lebanon, and the Lebanese populace. He noted that Ziad's work will be remembered for a long time.
