Beirut: Interior and Municipalities Minister Ahmad al-Hajjar on Wednesday received Culture Minister Dr. Ghassan Salameh at his office in the ministry. During the meeting, the discussion reportedly touched on several issues of mutual interest, particularly those related to cooperation between both ministries, in addition to general matters.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the ministers focused on enhancing collaboration to address areas where their respective ministries intersect. They emphasized the importance of working together to support cultural initiatives that require logistical and administrative backing from the Interior Ministry.
The meeting underscored the need for a coordinated approach to promote cultural heritage and activities, ensuring they align with municipal regulations and policies. Both ministers agreed to establish a framework for ongoing dialogue to facilitate future cooperation.
