Yarzeh: Lebanon's Army Commander, General Rudolph Haykal, on Wednesday received UN Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations Jean-Pierre Lacroix, and his accompanying delegation, at his office in Yarzeh. Discussions reportedly focused on the general situation in Lebanon and the region.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Maj. Gen. Haykal also received Norwegian Ambassador to Lebanon, Hilde Haraldstad, with whom he discussed various matters. Additionally, the army commander met with MP Asaad Dergham, with whom he reviewed the general situation in the country.
