Hamas spokesman, Hazem Qassem, confirmed that the escalation of resistance and the diversity of its tools in confronting the occupation is confusing the Zionist security system, calling on the Arab system to escalate popular activities in order to support the cause of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Qassem said on Wednesday: “The fascist occupation government seeks to escalate the conflict with our Palestinian people to the maximum stage, and it is delusional that it is capable of resolving it,” noting that there is an unprecedented escalation by the occupation against the Palestinian people and their sanctities.
He stressed that Hamas and the resistance factions are at the heart of the battle to defend Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, pointing out that unity and joint action are among the most important factors for victory over the occupation.
Qassem pointed out that all Palestinian squares are moving in defense of the city of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and that the defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque by all resistance squares confuses the occupation’s calculations and puts it in a strategic crisis.
He stressed that Gaza is always present in the defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque through the revolutionary youth who confront the occupation at the evanescent corps, and before that in the eternal battle of Saif Al-Quds, pointing to the strategic role of our people inside the occupied Palestinian territories in protecting Al-Aqsa Mosque from the occupation’s plans, stressing that it is not before our people. The Palestinians only escalate the resistance action and confuse the occupation.
Qassem called on the Arab system to escalate popular activities in order to support the cause of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to move strongly and put pressure on the Israeli occupation, noting that the occupation government is taking the region towards a major and real explosion
