Hammad meets Batili in Benghazi.

Tripoli: The Prime Minister-designate of the House of Representatives, Osama Hammad, met today, Wednesday, the UN envoy, Abdullah Batili, and the UN delegation accompanying him in Benghazi, according to a government post on its Facebook page.
