Beirut: The handover ceremony between former Minister of Public Health, Dr. Firas Al-Abiad, and the new Minister, Dr. Rakan Nassereddine, is set to take place at 10:00 am on Thursday, February 13. The event will be held in the Meeting Hall on the 4th floor of the Ministry of Public Health building.
