Health Ministers Visit Students Hospitalized After Park Outing

Kuwait city: Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi and the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Nader Al-Jalal on Thursday visited several female students hospitalized following a visit to a local entertainment park. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry of Health revealed that 18 students were admitted to Al-Sabah, Farwaniya, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer hospitals. The students are reported to be in stable condition but will remain under medical observation to ensure their complete recovery. The health and educational authorities are currently investigating the incident, with the Ministry of Health and the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition exploring potential causes of the illnesses that struck after the park visit. The situation has prompted a thorough review of safety and health standards at entertainment venues across the country to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
