HM The Sultan Issues a Royal Decree

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal decree No. (37/2024) ratifying the Kigali Amendment of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned Kigali Amendment, in accordance with the version attached to this decree. Article (2) says that competent departments shall deposit the endorsement document as per the aforesaid amendment's provisions. Article (3) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue. Source: Oman News Agency
