He emphasized the importance of listening to each other's stories, highlighting the testimonies of Anthony, Maria, Elie, and Joelle, which exemplified courage, hope, and inner peace amidst adversity.
The Holy Father acknowledged the complex social and political dynamics that have left deep wounds in Lebanon's history, urging the youth not to be disheartened by the world's challenges. Instead, he encouraged them to harness their inherent hope and time to dream, plan, and enact positive change. Emphasizing love as the true antidote to evil, he praised the dedication and perseverance of the young individuals present, seeing them as prophets of a new future grounded in reconciliation and collective effort.
