Interior Ministry Announces Updated Voter Turnout in South, Nabatieh Governorates

Beirut: The Ministry of Interior and Municipalities on Saturday released updated voter turnout figures for the ongoing municipal and mukhtar elections in South Lebanon and Nabatieh governorates. The turnout rates by district are as follows: Jezzine reported a turnout of 24.84%, Hasbaya recorded 19.33%, Marjayoun saw 16.73%, Bint Jbeil had 14.06%, Nabatieh reported 20.23%, Tyre showed 17.65%, and Sidon recorded a turnout of 20.68%.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, these figures reflect the participation of voters in the electoral process across the two governorates. The data provides insight into the engagement levels and civic participation of residents in these areas, contributing to a broader understanding of electoral trends in the region.
