Israeli Drone Drops Sound Bomb, Military Activity Reported Across South Lebanon

Beirut: An Israeli drone dropped a sound bomb over the southern Lebanese town of Mansouri in the Tyre district.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, three consecutive explosions were heard in the Qlayaa Plain area of Marjayoun district after the Lebanese Army detonated unexploded ordnance, shells, and rockets as part of ongoing operations to clear remnants of the Israeli offensive and secure the area. The controlled demolitions are being carried out under a program announced by the Army Command, running daily from July 15 to 20 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Separately, Israeli warplanes carried out mock air raids along Lebanon's northern border and over the mountainous areas of Akkar and Hermel.

At around 10:45 a.m., a powerful explosion echoed across the Nabatieh region after Israeli forces carried out a large-scale detonation in the town of Kfartebnit, sending thick plumes of smoke rising above the area.
