BETHELEM: The Israeli occupation forces quelled a peaceful protest against land pillage in the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem. Youth activist Hamda Hamamra said that Israeli forces fired gun bullets in the air near the villagers who protested the pillage of their land to expand the colonial road No 60. It is noteworthy that last January, the occupation authorities extended the validity of the decision to seize 76 dunums of land from the towns of Al-Khader and Battir, and the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem.
