Amman: The Jordanian Seismological Observatory (JSO) recorded an earthquake south of the Saudi city of Jeddah in the Red Sea measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale at Saturday dawn at 00:09 Amman time. In a statement, the observatory indicated that the tremor was only detected by the JSO's devices and did not affect Jordan. Source: Jordan News Agency
