The Political Bureau reiterated its stance on the urgent necessity to address the issue of Hezbollah's weapons, declaring it a matter beyond further debate. The party believes that the delay in resolving this issue, despite international advice and calls, poses a significant obstacle to Lebanon's recovery. The party urges the government and relevant authorities to prioritize this issue on the Cabinet's agenda and develop a clear, actionable roadmap for its resolution. They emphasize that discussions should be limited to Hezbollah and the Lebanese State, the sole stakeholder with decision-making power.
As Lebanon nears the 50th anniversary of the rise of the Lebanese Resistance, the Kataeb Party reaffirmed its steadfast position in defending Lebanon and its people.
